Instructions

1.5 Liters Soleo Red Table Wine
10 oz. Grenadine
16 oz. cranberry juice cocktai
l 12 oz. sweet vermouth
10 oz. sugar water (5 oz. sugar diluted)
Strawberries, oranges, and crushed ice

ravioliravioli Olive Garden Toasted Ravioli – The Ingredients: 1 package meat-filled ravioli (16 oz.), frozen and thawed... or fresh! 2 well-beaten eggs 1/4 cup water 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 tsp.   • In a medium-sized bowl, beat eggs with water. Set to the side.
  • In a separate bowl, combine bread crumbs with garlic salt and Italian seasoning. Set to the side.
  • Pour flour into a third bowl. Set to the side.
  • Pour vegetable oil into a deep fryer or skillet (2 to 3” of oil) and heat to 350 degrees F.
  • Slightly moisten ravioli, then roll in flour.
  • Dip floured ravioli into the egg wash.
  • Finally, roll them in bread crumbs and carefully place in hot oil.
  • Fry until golden, then remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain.
  • Enjoy with a nice marinara sauce!

Olive Garden Italian Dressing

Olive Garden Italian Dressing – The Ingredients:
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup vinegar, white
1/4 cup corn syrup
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 and 1/2 tbsp. Romano cheese, grated
2 tbsp. dry pectin
2 tbsp. beaten egg (egg substitute is okay)
1 and 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. fresh garlic, finely minced
1/4 tsp. dried parsley flakes
A pinch or two of dried oregano
A pinch or two of crushed red pepper flakes
Olive Garden Italian Dressing - The Process:
  • Combine all the ingredients with a mixer on medium speed or in a blender on low speed for 30 seconds.
  • Allow to chill for at least an hour.
  • Toss with your favorite salad vegetables.
  • Enjoy!
    *Works great as a marinade, too!
