Instructions
Olive Garden Sangria
1.5 Liters Soleo Red Table Wine
10 oz. Grenadine
16 oz. cranberry juice cocktai
l 12 oz. sweet vermouth
10 oz. sugar water (5 oz. sugar diluted)
Strawberries, oranges, and crushed ice

Olive Garden Toasted Ravioli Recipe


ravioliravioli Olive Garden Toasted Ravioli – The Ingredients: 1 package meat-filled ravioli (16 oz.), frozen and thawed... or fresh! 2 well-beaten eggs 1/4 cup water 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 tsp. Italian seasoning 1 cup bread crumbs Vegetable oil, as needed ravioliravioli ravioli Olive_Garden_Italian_Restaurant ravioli ravioliravioli   Olive Garden Toasted Ravioli – The Process:
  • In a medium-sized bowl, beat eggs with water. Set to the side.
  • In a separate bowl, combine bread crumbs with garlic salt and Italian seasoning. Set to the side.
  • Pour flour into a third bowl. Set to the side.
  • Pour vegetable oil into a deep fryer or skillet (2 to 3” of oil) and heat to 350 degrees F.
  • Slightly moisten ravioli, then roll in flour.
  • Dip floured ravioli into the egg wash.
  • Finally, roll them in bread crumbs and carefully place in hot oil.
  • Fry until golden, then remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain.
  • Enjoy with a nice marinara sauce!

Olive Garden Italian Dressing

balsamic
Olive Garden Italian Dressing – The Ingredients:
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup vinegar, white
1/4 cup corn syrup
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 and 1/2 tbsp. Romano cheese, grated
2 tbsp. dry pectin
2 tbsp. beaten egg (egg substitute is okay)
1 and 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. fresh garlic, finely minced
1/4 tsp. dried parsley flakes
A pinch or two of dried oregano
A pinch or two of crushed red pepper flakes
Olive Garden Italian Dressing - The Process:
  • Combine all the ingredients with a mixer on medium speed or in a blender on low speed for 30 seconds.
  • Allow to chill for at least an hour.
  • Toss with your favorite salad vegetables.
  • Enjoy!
    *Works great as a marinade, too!

Olive Garden Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

Olive Garden Stuffed Mushrooms – The Ingredients:

  • 2 lg. packages button mushrooms, washed
  • 1 can chopped clams, drained
  • 1/3 cup white or yellow onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup softened, but not melted butter (use real butter, not margarine)
  • 3/4 cup fresh grated parmesan
  • 3/4 cup fresh grated romano
  • 1½ cup mozzarella, finely shredded
  • 1 egg, large
  • ½ carrot, chopped
  • 1½ cups seasoned Italian bread crumbs
  • 2 cloves fresh, finely minced garlic
 

Olive Garden Stuffed Mushrooms – The Process:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Remove all mushroom stems and run through food processor with carrots, onions, and clams.
  3. When finely chopped, place this mixture in saucepan with garlic and half of the butter. Sauté until tender.
  4. Combine all cheeses together and set about ¾ cup to the side.
  5. In large mixing bowl, combine the rest of the cheese with bread crumbs, egg, and your sauteed mushroom stem mixture. (Your final mixture should pack well and not be wet or crumbly - add whatever you need to make it right.)
  6. Stuff this mixture into mushroom caps and place in a lightly sprayed 13x9” baking pan.
  7. Sprinkle the ¾ cup of cheese you've set aside over the top of stuffed mushrooms.
  8. Gently and evenly distribute dollups of remaining butter over the top of cheese.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees about 10 to 12 minutes, or until mushrooms are fully cooked.
  10. Broil about 5 minutes to brown the tops.
  11. Remove from oven and serve immediately.

    Ingredients
    1 3/4 cups cake flour
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup white sugar
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    6 egg yolks
    3/4 cup water
    1 tablespoon lemon zest
    6 egg whites
    1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
    3/4 cup white sugar
    1 cup heavy whipping cream
    2 1/2 cups lemon pie filling
    8 slices lemon

    Directions
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
    In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and 1/2 cup sugar.
    Add oil, egg yolks, water and lemon rind.
    Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
    In a small bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until peaks form.
    Gradually add 3/4 cup sugar, and beat until peaks form.
    Fold 1/3 of the whites into the batter, then quickly fold in remaining whites until no streaks remain.
    Turn batter into ungreased 10 inch tube pan.
    Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
    Invert cake and cool completely in pan.
    When cool, loosen edges and shake pan to remove cake.
    To Make Filling: Beat cream to stiff peaks. Fold in lemon filling.
    Chill until stiff.

    Ingredients
    1/4 cup cake flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon oregano
    4 tablespoons oil
    4 tablespoons butter
    4 chicken half breasts - boneless, skinless
    1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 cup Marsala wine
    Fresh Parmesan Cheese to Taste
    Directions
    1. In shallow dish, combine flour, salt, pepper and oregano; stir to blend.
    2. In heavy skillet, heat oil and butter until butter melts and mixture bubbles lightly.
    3. Dredge chicken in seasoned flour; shake off excess; saute in pan 2 minutes for the first side or until lightly browned; as you turn chicken, add mushrooms around the chicken pieces.
    Cook about 2 more minutes, until lightly browned on the second side; stir mushrooms.
    Once the second side is lightly browned, add wine around the pieces; cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
    4. Transfer to plates and serve.
    Serves 4

    Olive Garden Tiramisu Recipe! So Yummy!!  This is one of my favorites!
    I'm personally a huge sucker for Tiramisu. It's quite possibly my favorite desert.
    If you've eaten at an Olive Garden restaurant and are a fan of this particular dish, I do believe this recipe will absolutely wow you!  Happy cooking!
    Olive Garden Tiramisu - The Ingredients...
    • 10 to 12 inch sponge cake, approximately 3" thick
    • 2-3 oz. premium espresso, brewed strong
    • 2-3 oz. rum, brandy, or cognac
    • 24 oz. softened cream cheese, room temp.
    • 1.5 cups powdered sugarUnsweetened cocoa powder, as needed


    Olive Garden Tiramisu - The Process...
    1. Slice sponge cake horizontally, forming two thin cakes of equal thickness. Call one the "top half" and the other the "bottom half."
    2. Mix liquor and espresso together.
    3. Carefully drizzle half of this concoction over the bottom half of cake. Avoid making the cake wet or soupy. Dampen it without compromising its "structural integrity."
    4. Thoroughly combine cream cheese and powdered sugar. This mixture should be extremely soft and spreadable. If needed, microwave for 5 to 10 seconds (but don't melt).
    5. Spread half of this softened, sweetened cream cheese blend on top of the "espresso-treated" bottom half.
    6. Repeat steps 3-5 with the sponge cake's top half.
    7. Carefully place the top half on the bottom half (cream cheese blend should be on the top portion of each).
    8. Refrigerate cake for a minimum of 2 hours before cutting and serving.
    9. Enjoy!

      • Olive Garden Spinach Artichoke Dip - The Ingredients...

      What You'll Need to Make Your Olive Garden Artichoke Dip:

      • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, room temperature
      • ½ cup chopped frozen spinach
      • 14 oz. Can chopped artichoke hearts, drained
      • ¼ cup grated Romano cheese
      • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
      • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella (fresh, if possible)
      • ¼ cup mayo
      • 1 finely minced garlic clove
      • ½ tsp dried basil
      • ¼ tsp garlic salt
      • Salt and pepper to taste

      Olive Garden Spinach Artichoke Dip - The Ingredients...

      How to Make Spinach and Artichoke Dip Like the Olive Garden:

      1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
      2. Combine mayonnaise, garlic salt, minced garlic, basil, Parmesan, and Romano cheese. Mix well.
      3. Add spinach and artichoke hearts. Mix until well combined.
      4. Coat a 9" pie pan with Pam, add mixture, and top with shredded mozzarella.
      5. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until the top is browned.
      6. Serve with toasted bread.
      7. Enjoy!

Tiramisu

What You'll Need For Your Olive Garden Tiramisu:

  • 10 to 12 inch sponge cake, approximately 3" thick
  • 2-3 oz. premium espresso, brewed strong
  • 2-3 oz. rum, brandy, or cognac
  • 24 oz. softened cream cheese, room temp.
  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder, as needed

How to Make Tiramisu Like the Olive Garden:

  1. 1 pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  2. 1/2 cup real butter
  3. 1/2 cup fresh whole milk
  4. 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  5. 1 tsp white pepper
  6. 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  7. 1 pkg. fettucine noodles
  8. 1 or 2 pinches garlic powder
  9. 1 or 2 pinches parsley
  10. Salt and pepper
  11. Extra virgin olive oil, as needed

    1. Slice chicken into strips.
    2. Cook fettucine. Drain and top with olive oil to keep from sticking.

    3. Place large skillet over medium-high heat and coat with olive oil.

    4. When pan is nice and hot, add chicken strips. Reduce heat to medium and saute chicken until it turns white.

    5. Remove chicken from pan, then return pan to medium heat.

    6. Add butter and cream cheese to pan, stirring constantly until well melted.

    7. Once melted, add milk a little at a time, stirring constantly.

      Scampi Sauce:
      • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
      • 2 tbsp. fresh, crushed garlic
      • 2 tbsp. chicken stock
      • 3/4 cup dry white wine (chablis or riesling are best)
      • 1 cup water
      • 1/4 cup white sauce (see recipe above)
      • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
      • 2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
      • Black pepper, to taste
      The Rest:
      • 1/2 pkg. angel hair pasta, cooked and drained
      • 2 large, boneless & skinless chicken breasts, sliced into desired size tenderloins.
      • 1 thinly sliced green bell pepper
      • 1 thinly sliced yellow bell pepper
      • 1 thinly sliced red bell pepper
      • 1/2 red onion (more, if desired), thinly sliced
      • Extra virgin olive oil, as needed
      • 10 whole garlic cloves (mmmmmmmm!)

    1. Heat 1 tbsp. butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat; melt completely.
    2. Add 2 tbsp. flour. Cook 2 minutes on medium. Stir constantly.
    3. Slowly add 3/4 cup 2% or whole milk, stirring constantly, until a "gravy-like" consistency has been achieved.
    4. Heat until just before boiling, stirring. Remove from heat and set aside.
    5. Scampi Sauce:
      1. In medium saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
      2. Add garlic, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper. Saute for 2 minutes.
      3. Add wine, water, and chicken stock. Stir until well combined and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
      4. Add white sauce and stir until slightly thickened, about 3-5 minutes.

      The Rest:
      1. Drizzle olive oil into the bottom of a small sautee pan over low heat.
      2. When oil is warm, add garlic cloves and cover with lid.
      3. Braise garlic for 15-18 minutes on low heat. Garlic should turn out soft and golden.
      4. Drizzle olive oil into the bottom of a large saute pan over medium heat.
      5. When oil is hot, add chicken tenderloins, turning when 1/4 of the way cooked.
      6. When chicken is about half-way cooked, add bell peppers and onions. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
      7. Add angel hair pasta, sauce, and garlic cloves. Saute until sauce is heated through and chicken is completely cooked, about 3 minutes.

      Black Tie Mouse Cake


      2 cups all-purpose flour
      2 cups granulated sugar
      3/4 cup cocoa powder
      2 teaspoons baking soda
      1 teaspoon baking powder
      1/2 teaspoon salt
      2 eggs
      1 cup black coffee
      1 cup milk
      2 teaspoons vanilla extract
      1/2 cup vegetable oil
      3 teaspoons vanilla extract
      1/4 cup butter
      1/8 teaspoon salt
      3 tablespoons milk
      1 teaspoon vanilla extract
      2 cups confectioners' sugar


      Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

      Sift first 6 ingredients together in large bowl.

      Add eggs, coffee, milk, vegetable oil and the 2 teaspoons vanilla extract; blend until smooth.

      Pour thin batter into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

      Bake for 35 minutes.

      Meanwhile, cream butter until soft and sir in confectioners' sugar, the 1/8 teaspoon salt, the 3 tablespoons milk, and the 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

      Beat until smooth and creamy adding more milk, if necessary.

      Spread over warm cake.
