Olive Garden Tiramisu Recipe!


Olive Garden Tiramisu Recipe! So Yummy!! This is one of my favorites. Olive Garden Tiramisu is so good, coffee flavor is one of my favorites for a desert recipe. It's my new "copycat" Olive Garden Tiramisu Recipe, a very welcome addition to my Olive Garden Recipes collection. I'm personally a huge sucker to Tiramisu. Tiramisu

What You'll Need For Your Olive Garden Tiramisu:

  • 10 to 12 inch sponge cake, approximately 3" thick
  • 2-3 oz. premium espresso, brewed strong
  • 2-3 oz. rum, brandy, or cognac
  • 24 oz. softened cream cheese, room temp.
  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder, as needed

How to Make Tiramisu Like the Olive Garden:


1. Slice sponge cake horizontally, forming two thin cakes of equal thickness. Call one the "top half" and the other the "bottom half."
2. Mix liquor and espresso together.
3. Carefully drizzle half of this concoction over the bottom half of cake. Avoid making the cake wet or soupy. Dampen it without compromising its "structural integrity."
4. Thoroughly combine cream cheese and powdered sugar. This mixture should be extremely soft and spreadable. If needed, microwave for 5 to 10 seconds (but don't melt).
5. Spread half of this softened, sweetened cream cheese blend on top of the "espresso-treated" bottom half.
6. Repeat steps 3-5 with the sponge cake's top half.
7. Carefully place the top half on the bottom half (cream cheese blend should be on the top portion of each).
8. Refrigerate cake for a minimum of 2 hours before cutting and serving.
9. Enjoy!

  1. 1 pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  2. 1/2 cup real butter
  3. 1/2 cup fresh whole milk
  4. 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  5. 1 tsp white pepper
  6. 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  7. 1 pkg. fettucine noodles
  8. 1 or 2 pinches garlic powder
  9. 1 or 2 pinches parsley
  10. Salt and pepper
  11. Extra virgin olive oil, as needed

    1. Slice chicken into strips.
    2. Cook fettucine. Drain and top with olive oil to keep from sticking.

    3. Place large skillet over medium-high heat and coat with olive oil.

    4. When pan is nice and hot, add chicken strips. Reduce heat to medium and saute chicken until it turns white.

    5. Remove chicken from pan, then return pan to medium heat.

    6. Add butter and cream cheese to pan, stirring constantly until well melted.

    7. Once melted, add milk a little at a time, stirring constantly.

      Scampi Sauce:
      • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
      • 2 tbsp. fresh, crushed garlic
      • 2 tbsp. chicken stock
      • 3/4 cup dry white wine (chablis or riesling are best)
      • 1 cup water
      • 1/4 cup white sauce (see recipe above)
      • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
      • 2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
      • Black pepper, to taste
      The Rest:
      • 1/2 pkg. angel hair pasta, cooked and drained
      • 2 large, boneless & skinless chicken breasts, sliced into desired size tenderloins.
      • 1 thinly sliced green bell pepper
      • 1 thinly sliced yellow bell pepper
      • 1 thinly sliced red bell pepper
      • 1/2 red onion (more, if desired), thinly sliced
      • Extra virgin olive oil, as needed
      • 10 whole garlic cloves (mmmmmmmm!)

    1. Heat 1 tbsp. butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat; melt completely.
    2. Add 2 tbsp. flour. Cook 2 minutes on medium. Stir constantly.
    3. Slowly add 3/4 cup 2% or whole milk, stirring constantly, until a "gravy-like" consistency has been achieved.
    4. Heat until just before boiling, stirring. Remove from heat and set aside.
    5. Scampi Sauce:
      1. In medium saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
      2. Add garlic, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper. Saute for 2 minutes.
      3. Add wine, water, and chicken stock. Stir until well combined and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
      4. Add white sauce and stir until slightly thickened, about 3-5 minutes.

      The Rest:
      1. Drizzle olive oil into the bottom of a small sautee pan over low heat.
      2. When oil is warm, add garlic cloves and cover with lid.
      3. Braise garlic for 15-18 minutes on low heat. Garlic should turn out soft and golden.
      4. Drizzle olive oil into the bottom of a large saute pan over medium heat.
      5. When oil is hot, add chicken tenderloins, turning when 1/4 of the way cooked.
      6. When chicken is about half-way cooked, add bell peppers and onions. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
      7. Add angel hair pasta, sauce, and garlic cloves. Saute until sauce is heated through and chicken is completely cooked, about 3 minutes.
      8. Enjoy!
